Terms and Conditions for online sales by Peter Finkbeiner Publishing GmbH

This agreement covers online sales between The User and Peter Finkbeiner Publishing GmbH (The Publisher). These Terms and Conditions do not apply to any sales by third parties via the site.

None of the products or services featured on this site that are produced by publishers, manufacturers or other suppliers or third-parties other than Peter Finkbeiner Publishing GmbH are endorsed by Peter Finkbeiner Publishing GmbH or any of its subsidiary businesses. In addition, neither Peter Finkbeiner Publishing GmbH nor any of its subsidiary businesses have any financial interest in these third-party publishers, manufacturers or suppliers, who operate as independent commercial concerns. Any information regarding availability is subject to the publisher’s, manufacturer’s or other supplier’s stock levels.

Availability
Any information regarding availability is subject to the publisher’s stock levels. Please note that the site does not have a ‘live’ link into our main database therefore availability displayed for each title is subject to change.

Pricing
All items are charged in euros (€). Peter Finkbeiner Publishing GmbH aims to provide the most accurate information on book prices at all times. We supply items at the publisher’s recommended price except where a specific discount is offered. Occasionally publishers may increase their prices unexpectedly, and this is often something we become aware of only upon ordering stock from them. In the event that this occurs, or in the event of a pricing error howsoever caused, we will check with you to see if you still wish to receive the item at the new price.

Payment Methods
Full payment for all orders is required at the time of ordering. All orders not accompanied by payment or authorisation to debit MasterCard/Visa/Switch accounts will be returned with a proforma invoice requesting payment before goods can be dispatched. Goods remain the property of Peter Finkbeiner Publishing GmbH until payment is received.

MWST (VAT)
Goods are inclusive of VAT where applicable. If there is any change in legislation, MWSt/ VAT will be applicable at the standard rate in accordance with such changes.

Delivery
Every effort is made to ensure that goods are delivered on time and the time indications provided are subject to the goods being in stock at the time of order and may vary at certain times of the year. Peter Finkbeiner Publishing GmbH cannot be held responsible for any parcel not arriving within any guaranteed time due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery time for international orders will vary according to country, but will be approximately 5-15 working days.

Out of Stock
Customers who have placed orders for items temporarily out of stock will be informed within 14 days. These orders will be recorded and supplied when available.

Returns
The User may return items which are in their original condition, but all returns requests must be made within 30 days from date of invoice and prior authorisation is required from Peter Finkbeiner Publishing GmbH. Users who would like to return items to Peter Finkbeiner Publishing GmbH should contact our customer service department at peter.finkbeiner@inworldguide.com or alternatively call +49 [0] 89 222 300, where the necessary instructions about returning items will be given. You should also contact our customer service department if you would like to return items because of an error on our part or if the item is defective. Customised orders may only be returned if defective.
